Common use of Engagement of Executive; Duties Clause in Contracts

Engagement of Executive; Duties. 1.2.1. During the Term, the Executive shall have the title of Executive Vice President of the Company, subject to the terms of this Agreement. The Executive shall faithfully and diligently discharge his duties hereunder and use his best efforts to implement the policies established by the Company’s Board of Directors (“Board”) from time to time. During the Term, the Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Engagement of Executive; Duties. 1.2.1. During the TermTerm (as hereinafter defined), the Executive shall have the title titles of Executive (i) the Senior Vice President President, Business Affairs and General Counsel of the Division and (ii) the Senior Vice President, Business Affairs and Associate Counsel of the Company, subject and shall have such duties as may be from time to time delegated to him by the terms Chief Executive Officer of this Agreementthe Division or the Company. The Executive shall faithfully and diligently discharge his duties hereunder and use his best efforts to implement the policies established by the Company’s Board of Directors (“Board”) from time to time. During the Term, the Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

The Executive shall faithfully and diligently discharge his duties hereunder and use his best efforts to implement the policies established by the Company’s Board of Directors (“Board”) from time to time. During the Term, the Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive OfficerBoard.

The Executive shall faithfully and diligently discharge his duties hereunder and use his best efforts to implement the policies established by the Company’s Board of Directors (“Board”) from time to time. During the Term, the Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive OfficerBoard.

During the TermTerm (as hereinafter defined), the Executive shall have the title titles of Executive Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Company, subject which shall be the most senior legal position of the Company, and shall have such duties as may be from time to time delegated to him by the terms of this AgreementChief Executive Officer. The Executive shall faithfully and diligently discharge his duties hereunder and use his best efforts to implement the policies established by the Company’s Board of Directors (“Board”) from time to time. During the Term, the Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

The Executive shall faithfully and diligently discharge his duties hereunder and use his best efforts to implement the policies established by the Company’s Board of Directors (“Board”) from time to time. During the Term, the Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
