Consulting Duties. (a) During the term, Consultant shall provide Curis or to Curis’ designee, in accordance with the specifications outlined in the attached Project Exhibit A, and any other Project Exhibits which may be attached hereto from time to time, as agreed to in writing by both parties, such consulting services at such times and places as Curis may from time to time request. Curis shall give Consultant reasonable advance notice of any service required.
Consulting Duties. You agree to make yourself available during the Consulting Period, upon the Company's reasonable request, to provide consulting services in any area of your experience or expertise, for a minimum of ten (10) hours per month ("Consulting Duties"). You shall perform your Consulting Duties at the request and direction of the CEO, exercising the highest degree of professionalism and utilizing your expertise and creative talents.
Consulting Duties. During the Consulting Period, Executive shall provide general advisory and strategic services at the direction of and to the Corporation and perform such other duties as the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation shall from time to time request. Executive shall devote such time, attention, skill, energy and efforts as may be necessary for the faithful performance of his consulting obligations hereunder during the Consulting Period, subject to a maximum commitment of six (6) business days per year (prorated in respect of lesser periods), and such consulting obligations may be rendered by telephone.
Consulting Duties. The Consultant shall furnish consulting and advisory services concerning increased presence in commercial markets and such matters related to the business of the Company as may from time-to-time be requested by the Company, including, without limitation, administration, marketing, sales and new product and service development.

Consulting Duties. (a) The Scientific Advisor agrees to serve under the terms of this Agreement as a scientific advisor to Curis in the role of Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board and Clinical Advisory Board (“SAB/CAB Chairman”). The Scientific Advisor will also perform consulting and advisory services in the Field (as defined in Exhibit A) as may be requested from time to time by Curis. The SAB/CAB Chairman and other consulting services contemplated by this Section are intended to be included whenever this Agreement refers to “consulting” or “consulting services” or the Scientific Advisor’s role as a “Scientific Advisor.”
Consulting Duties. (a) From time to time during the Consulting Term, as and when requested by (i) the Person(s) then serving as Chairman or President of the Company, (ii) any Person designated by either thereof or (iii) the Board of Directors of the Company, the Consultant will make himself available to consult and cooperate with and advise such Persons, the Company, or any of them to the best of his ability, with respect to such matters involving the business and affairs of the Company, including, among other things, with respect to the closing of the corporate headquarters of Revco in Twinsburg, Ohio. The Consultant will perform such reasonable services at such times and locations as shall be reasonably agreeable on a limited time basis as an independent contractor to, and not as an employee of, the Company.
Consulting Duties. During the Consulting Period, the Consultant agrees to perform such consulting, advisory and related services to and for the Company as may be reasonably requested from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") in the areas of (i) strategic planning and (ii) financial advice and planning. The Consultant's services shall be provided at such times and in such locations as the parties mutually agree. The Consultant shall devote such time and effort to his services hereunder as the parties mutually agree.
Consulting Duties. During the Term, Xxxxx shall make himself available to Moto senior executives for consulting on issues concerning Moto, the photofinishing industry, financing, such other subjects as Moto executives may feel advisable, and for introduction of Moto senior executives to contacts in the franchising and photofinishing industries.
Consulting Duties. (a) During the Term, Consultant shall provide the following services to the Company under the direction of Xxxxx X. Xxxxx, Chief Executive Officer (the “Services”): • Actively participate on the Company’s Scientific Advisory Board • [***] • Assist in the [***] • Advise and, as reasonably requested, speak on the Company’s underlying science • Advise and assist the Company’s scientific leadership (including the Executive Vice President of Cell Therapy and the Vice President of Immunology) as needed • Assist, advise and consult with the Company’s Chief Executive Officer as needed • Attend Joint Steering Committees meetings for the MD Xxxxxxxx Cancer Center as needed • Attend Eden BioCell Joint Steering Committee meetings as needed • Support [***] • Other matters as reasonably requested by the Company and mutually agreed to by Consultant
