Common use of Engagement and Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Engagement and Responsibilities. 1.1 Upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Company hereby engages and employs Employee as an officer of the Company, with the title and designation “Vice President of Industry Relations” Employee hereby accepts such engagement and employment. Employee may also have additional titles as determined from time to time by the Board with Employee's consent.
