Common use of Energy Price Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Energy Price Adjustments. (a) Energy Manager shall have the right to reconcile the revenues received from the Customer with Energy Manager’s Supplier Cost on (i) a quarterly basis, by determining the Quarterly Adjustment in the manner specified in the PSA and (ii) on an annual basis, by determining the Annual Adjustment in the manner specified in the PSA. The Quarterly Adjustment and Annual Adjustment may be either a charge or a credit, and shall be collected from or remitted to Customer, as appropriate, in the manner specified in the PSA.
