Common use of ENERGY AND RESOURCE CONSUMPTION Clause in Contracts

ENERGY AND RESOURCE CONSUMPTION. Landlord shall comply with all requirements of all Laws regarding energy or other resource consumption within the Property. Tenant shall not be entitled to terminate this Lease or to any reduction in or abatement of rent by reason of such compliance. Tenant agrees at all times to cooperate fully with Landlord and to abide by all reasonable rules established by Landlord (i) in order to maximize the efficient operation of the electrical, heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems and all other energy or other resource consumption systems with the Property and/or (ii) in order to comply with the requirements of utility suppliers and governmental agencies regulating the consumption of energy and/or other resources.
