Product Endorsement Contractor shall comply with Council Policy 000-41 which requires that other than listing the City as a client and other limited endorsements, any advertisements, social media, promotions or other marketing referring to the City as a user of a product or service will require prior written approval of the Mayor or designee. Use of the City Seal or City logos is prohibited.
Endorsements Each Comprehensive or Commercial General Liability policy shall be endorsed with the following specific language:

NASA's participation in this Agreement or provision of goods, services, facilities or equipment under this Agreement does not constitute endorsement by NASA. Partner agrees that nothing in this Agreement will be construed to imply that NASA authorizes, supports, endorses, or sponsors any product or service of Partner resulting from activities conducted under this Agreement, regardless of the fact that such product or service may employ NASA-developed technology.
Additional Endorsements The Auto and Commercial General Liability Policies shall name the Texas A&M University System Board of Regents for and on behalf of The Texas A&M University System as additional insured’s.
Non-Endorsement The Governing Board acknowledges that the granting of a Charter Agreement in no way represents or implies endorsement by the SCSB of any particular method used by the Charter School or its agents; nor does this Agreement constitute a guarantee by the SCSB of the success of the Charter School in providing a learning environment that shall improve student achievement.

Endorsement The Supplier must not claim that Sourcewell endorses its Equipment, Products, or Services.
Waiver of Subrogation Endorsement Contractor and its insurer agree to waive their rights of subrogation for any payments made under this coverage. A policy endorsement at least as broad as the unmodified NCCI Waiver of Our Right to Recover From Others endorsement WC 00 03 13 04/84 or a substitute form providing equivalent coverage is required waiving the insurer’s right to recover payments from the City. Certificate of Insurance/Endorsements A certificate of insurance from an insurer with a Best's rating of no less than A- indicating compliance with the required coverages has been received by the Department’s Contracts Management Bureau, X.X. Contractor must notify the Department immediately of any material change in insurance coverage, such as changes in limits, coverages, change in status of policy, etc. The Department reserves the right to require complete copies of insurance policies at all times.
