Branding Guidelines definition

Branding Guidelines means the Giveall branding guidelines as published by Giveall.
Branding Guidelines has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

More Definitions of Branding Guidelines

Branding Guidelines means the XXXXXX branding guidelines as may be provided and amended by XXXXXX from time to time. The Branding Guidelines shall be deemed Confidential Information of XXXXXX (as defined below in Section 9).
Branding Guidelines means guidelines developed by the Vendor and provided to the Purchaser that relate to the sale and marketing of any aspect of the Xxxxxx Project, including Residential Allotments (which guidelines may be amended by the Vendor from time to time);
