Common use of Employment with the Company Clause in Contracts

Employment with the Company. While Executive is employed by the Company during the Term, Executive shall be employed as CEO and President of the Company and perform such duties and responsibilities as the Board of Directors of the Company ("the Board") shall assign to him from time to time.

Employment with the Company. While Executive is employed by the Company during the Term, Executive shall be employed as CEO and President the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and shall perform the duties and responsibilities of the Chief Executive Officer position and such other duties and responsibilities as the Board of Directors of the Company ("the “Board"”) shall reasonably assign to him Executive from time to time, including duties and responsibilities relating to the Company’s wholly-owned and partially owned subsidiaries and other affiliates.
