Common use of Employment; Responsibilities and Duties Clause in Contracts

Employment; Responsibilities and Duties. (a) The Corporation hereby agrees to employ Executive, and Executive hereby agrees to serve as Executive Vice President, Strategic Support of the Corporation, and of any successor to the Corporation, during the Term of Employment (as defined in Section 2(b) below). Executive shall have such executive duties, responsibilities, and authority as shall be set forth in the bylaws of the Corporation for such position or as may otherwise be determined by the Corporation. During the Term of Employment, Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation.
