Common use of Employment of Personnel Clause in Contracts

Employment of Personnel. The Lessee shall employ/engage qualified and skilled personnel required to implement the Project. The terms of employment/engagement may be as deemed fit by the Lessee and the Lessee shall bear and pay all costs in this regard.
