Nothing contained in this Plan or any modification or amendment to the Plan, or the payment of any benefit, shall give any Participant the right to continued employment, or any legal or equitable right against the Employer, an Employee of the Employer, the Plan Administrator, the Trustee, or their agents or employees, except as expressly provided by the Plan, the Trust, ERISA or the P.R. Code or by a separate agreement.
