No Employment Guaranteed. Nothing in this Award Agreement shall give the Participant any rights to (or impose any obligations for) continued Employment by the Corporation or any Subsidiary or successor, nor shall it give such entities any rights (or impose any obligations) with respect to continued performance of duties by the Participant.
No Employment Guaranteed. No provision of this Agreement shall confer any right upon the Participant to continued Employment with the Company or any Subsidiary.
No Employment Guaranteed. No provision of this Option Agreement shall confer any right upon the Optionee to continued employment with the Company or any Subsidiary.

The Employee hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Employer may terminate the employment of the Employee at any time and for any reason, or for no reason, unless applicable law provides otherwise or unless the Employee and the Employer are parties to a written employment agreement that expressly provides otherwise.

No Employment Guaranteed. No provision of this Restricted Stock Unit Agreement shall confer any right upon the Grantee to continued employment with the Company or any Affiliate.
