EMPLOYMENT NOT GUARANTEED. Nothing contained in this Plan, or with respect to the establishment of the Trust, or any modification or amendment to the Plan or Trust, or in the creation of any Account, or the payment of any benefit, gives any Employee, Employee-Participant or any Beneficiary any right to continue employment, any legal or equitable right against the Employer, or Employee of the Employer, or against the Trustee, or its agents or employees, or against the Plan Administrator, except as expressly provided by the Plan, the Trust, ERISA or by a separate agreement. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
EMPLOYMENT NOT GUARANTEED. Nothing contained in this Agreement, and no decision as to the eligibility for benefits or the determination of the amount of any benefits hereunder, shall give Executive any right to be retained in the employ of the Company or rehired, and the right and power of the Company to dismiss or discharge any employee for any reason is specifically reserved. Except as expressly provided herein, no employee or any person claiming under or through him or her shall have any right or interest herein, or in any benefit hereunder.
EMPLOYMENT NOT GUARANTEED. Nothing contained in this Plan, or with respect to the establishment of the Trust, or any modification or any amendment to the Plan or Trust, or in the creation of any Account, or with respect to the payment of any benefit, gives any Employee, Participant or any Beneficiary any right to employment or to continued employment by the Employer, or any legal or equitable right against the Employer, the Trustee, the Plan Administrator or any employee or agent thereof, except as expressly provided by the Plan, the Trust, ERISA or other applicable law.
EMPLOYMENT NOT GUARANTEED. 12.02 ARTICLE XIII, EXCLUSIVE BENEFIT, AMENDMENT, TERMINATION
EMPLOYMENT NOT GUARANTEED. Neither this Agreement nor any action taken hereunder shall be deemed to give Employee the right to be retained as an employee of the Company except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement.
EMPLOYMENT NOT GUARANTEED. Nothing contained in the Plan or in any other plan which is a part of the Plan, or any modification or amendment to this Plan, or in the creation of any account, or the payment of any benefit, gives any Participant, former Participant, Covered Persons, or his/her beneficiaries any right to continue employment, any legal or equitable right against Plan Sponsor, its agents, or against the Plan Administrator, except as expressly provided by this Plan.
EMPLOYMENT NOT GUARANTEED. This Agreement shall not create any right in the Grantee to continue in the Company employ for any specific length of time, nor does it create any other rights in the Grantee or obligations on the part of the Company, except those set forth in this Agreement.
EMPLOYMENT NOT GUARANTEED. Nothing contained in the Plan nor any action taken hereunder shall be construed as a contract of employment or as giving the Executive any right to continued employment with the Company.
EMPLOYMENT NOT GUARANTEED. No provision in this Agreement shall constitute a guarantee of employment or continuity of employment.
EMPLOYMENT NOT GUARANTEED. Nothing contained in the Agreement nor any action taken hereunder shall be construed as a contract of employment or as giving the Employee any right to continued employment with the Bank.
