Employment and Termination. 2.5.1 The employees are employed by means of a written contract (employment contract) signed by the employee and the employer. The employment contract shall be in Norwegian, and in English, if applicable. The employment contract shall include the name of the employer, who can accept resignations or terminate employment on the part of the employer, a statement of the employee's position and wage rate, and shall otherwise satisfy the requirements of the (Norwegian) Working Environment Act. In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation of the employment contract, the Norwegian text shall take precedence.
