Accrued Payments. In the event Executive’s employment under this Agreement is terminated during the Term, by the Company other than for Cause or by Executive for Good Reason, Executive shall in all events be paid all accrued but unpaid Base Salary, earned but unpaid Incentive Compensation for any prior year, reimbursable expenses and other accrued benefits, if any, through the date of termination.

Accrued Payments. Within thirty (30) days following the Date of Separation from Service, (w) any Base Salary earned by the Executive but not paid through the Date of Separation from Service; (x) any Annual Bonus earned by the Executive but not paid through the Date of Separation from Service; (y) the Executive’s accrued but unused vacation pay through the Date of Separation from Service; and (z) any Business Expenses not reimbursed as of the Date of Separation from Service (the amounts described in (w) through (z), together, the “Accrued Payments”).

Accrued Payments. In general, on termination of the Employee’s employment for any reason, the following amounts will be paid to the Employee, or the Employee’s estate, as the case may be:
Accrued Payments. Upon Executive’s termination of employment for any reason, Executive shall be entitled to receive: (A) payment of any unpaid premiums for medical and dental insurance coverage through the Termination Date for Executive (and his immediate family) and any other employee benefits Executive is entitled to hereunder, (B) payment of all accrued but unpaid vacation; (C) any expense reimbursement owed to Executive under Section 3(f), which shall be paid within thirty (30) days of the Termination Date; and (D) the Base Salary earned for services rendered by Executive through the Termination Date, which shall be paid on the next succeeding payroll date (collectively, the “Accrued Payments”).
Accrued Payments. Termination of this Agreement by either party shall not prejudice the right of either party to recover any payments for Products shipped under this Agreement, and shall not prejudice any cause of action or claim of either party accruing under this Agreement.

Accrued Payments. In the event of a termination of employment for any reason, the Employee will receive (A) the Employee’s accrued and unpaid base salary, vacation (in accordance with Company policy) and unreimbursed business expenses (if any) through the Termination Date, payable as soon as practicable following the Termination Date, (B) except in the event of a termination for Cause or a resignation by the Employee for any reason, the earned but unpaid portion, if any, of any Annual Bonus with respect to a fiscal year ending prior to the Termination Date, payable at the same time annual bonuses for such fiscal year are otherwise paid to the Company’s senior executives, and (C) all other amounts to which the Employee is entitled under any compensation plan of the Company at the time such payments are due (items (A) through (C) collectively, the “Accrued Payments”). In addition, for all terminations, the Employee shall remain entitled to any payments or benefits provided under any outstanding equity or long-term incentive agreements, in accordance with the terms of such agreements.
Accrued Payments. In addition to the Severance Payment, Executive shall be entitled to receive as soon as practicable, and in all events within 30 days following the date of the Triggering Event, (i) payment of any accrued but unpaid base salary and any accrued and unreimbursed business expenses in accordance with Company policy in each case accrued or incurred through the date of the Triggering Event, (ii) any payments, benefits or entitlements that are vested, fully and unconditionally earned pursuant to any Company plan, policy, program or arrangement or other agreement, other than those providing for severance, separation pay or salary continuation payments or benefits (collectively, the “Accrued Payments”).
Accrued Payments. Upon termination of Executive’s employment for any reason, Executive shall be entitled to receive all amounts earned or accrued for or on behalf of Executive through the date of termination, but not paid as of such date, including (i) any earned but unpaid base salary as of the date of termination, together with any earned, but unpaid vacation pay and (ii) reimbursement for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by Executive on behalf of the Company or any subsidiary during the period ending on the date of termination (together, the “Accrued Payments”).
