Common use of Employment and Services Clause in Contracts

Employment and Services. The Company shall employ you as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing of the Company, for the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending upon termination pursuant to Section 4 below (the “Employment Period”). During the Employment Period, you shall render such services to the Company and its affiliates and subsidiaries as the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors of the Company shall reasonably designate from time to time, and you shall devote your best efforts and full time and attention to the business of the Company.

Employment and Services. During the Employment Period, you shall render such services to the Company and its affiliates and subsidiaries as the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors of the Company shall reasonably designate from time to time, and you shall devote your best efforts and full time and attention to the business of the Company.
