Common use of Employment Accepted Clause in Contracts

Employment Accepted. The Company hereby employs the Executive, and the Executive hereby accepts employment with the Company, for the Term of Employment, in the positions and with the duties and responsibilities set forth in Section 2.3, and upon such other terms and conditions as are stated in this Agreement.

Employment Accepted. The Company hereby employs the Executive, and the Executive hereby accepts employment with the Company, for the Term of Employment, in the positions position and with the duties and responsibilities set forth in Section 2.3, Subsection 2.3 and upon such other terms and conditions as are stated in this Agreement.

Employment Accepted. Employment Accepted. The Former Agreement is hereby deemed to be superceded by this Agreement and shall no longer be in force or effect.

Employment Accepted. The Company hereby employs the Executive, and the Executive hereby accepts employment with the Company, for the Term of Employment, in the positions position and with the duties and responsibilities set forth in Section 2.3, and upon such other terms and subject to such other conditions as are stated in this Agreement.

Employment Accepted. Employment Accepted. This Agreement supersedes and replaces any existing employment agreement between the Company and the Executive.
