Employer Required Medical Examination. When an employee is required by the Employer to take any kind of medical examination including drug testing as a condition of initial employment, or as a condition of accepting a job in a different classification, or as required by law, the expense shall be borne by the Employer. The Employer shall have the right to select the examiner.
