Employer Non-elective Contributions. As of immediately after the Effective Time, CRC shall cause any CRC Welfare Plan that constitutes a “cafeteria plan” under Section 125 of the Code to recognize and give effect to all non-elective employer contributions credited toward coverage of a CRC Welfare Plan Participant under the corresponding OPC Welfare Plan that is a cafeteria plan under Section 125 of the Code for the applicable plan year.
Employer Non-elective Contributions. As of immediately after the Effective Time, Civeo shall cause any Civeo Welfare Plan that constitutes a “cafeteria plan” under Section 125 of the Code to recognize and give effect to all non-elective employer contributions credited toward coverage of a Civeo Welfare Plan Participant under the corresponding OS Welfare Plan that is a cafeteria plan under Section 125 of the Code for the applicable plan year.

As of immediately after the relevant Xxxxxxx Electronics Welfare Plan Implementation Date, Xxxxxxx Electronics shall cause any Xxxxxxx Electronics Welfare Plan that constitutes a “cafeteria plan” under Section 125 of the Code to recognize and give effect to all non-elective employer contributions credited toward coverage of a Xxxxxxx Electronics Welfare Plan Participant under the corresponding Xxxxxxx International Welfare Plan that is a cafeteria plan under Section 125 of the Code for the applicable plan year.

As of immediately after the relevant Allegion Welfare Plan Implementation Date, Allegion shall cause any Allegion Welfare Plan that constitutes a “cafeteria plan” under Section 125 of the Code to recognize and give effect to all non-elective employer contributions credited toward coverage of an Allegion Welfare Plan Participant under the corresponding IR Welfare Plan that is a cafeteria plan under Section 125 of the Code for the applicable plan year.
Employer Non-elective Contributions. As of the Employee Transfer Date, SpinCo has caused any SpinCo Welfare Plan that constitutes a cafeteria plan under Section 125 of the Code to recognize and give effect to all non-elective employer contributions payable and paid toward coverage of a SpinCo Welfare Plan Participant under the corresponding RemainCo Welfare Plan that is a cafeteria plan under Section 125 of the Code for the applicable cafeteria plan year.
Employer Non-elective Contributions. As of immediately after the Effective Time, Xxxxxxxx 66 shall cause any Xxxxxxxx 66 Welfare Plan that constitutes a “cafeteria plan” under Section 125 of the Code to recognize and give effect to all non-elective employer contributions credited toward coverage of a Xxxxxxxx 66 Welfare Plan Participant under the corresponding COP Welfare Plan that is a cafeteria plan under Section 125 of the Code for the applicable plan year.

(I) As of the Effective Time, Vectrus shall cause any Vectrus Welfare Plans that constitute a “cafeteria plan” under Section 125 of the Code to recognize and give effect to all non-elective employer contributions credited toward coverage of a Vectrus Welfare Plan Participant who is either a Management Benefitted Employee or a PP Employee under the corresponding Exelis Welfare Plan that is a cafeteria plan under Section 125 of the Code for the applicable plan year.

(i) As of the Effective Time, CPLG shall cause any CPLG Welfare Plans that constitute a “cafeteria plan” under Section 125 of the Code to recognize and give effect to all non-elective employer contributions credited toward coverage of a CPLG Welfare Plan Participant under the corresponding LQ Welfare Plan that is a cafeteria plan under Section 125 of the Code for the applicable plan year.
