Employees Who Do Not Qualify for MPP. Any employee who does not qualify for Municipal Pension Plan enrollment shall have an amount equal to six percent (6%) of his/her gross annual salary paid by the Employer, in quarterly installments, directed into the Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) of the employee.
