Common use of Employees of Clause in Contracts

Employees of. the Employer who are employed in classifications outside the Bargaining Unit and who become employed in Bargaining Unit covered classifications shall be considered as a new employee for purposes of seniority under provisions of this Agreement. However, such employees shall receive credit for accumulated Sick Leave, Vacations, Retirement, or other type of benefits accrued.
