Common use of Employees and Consultants Clause in Contracts

All employees and consultants of Priveco have been paid all salaries, wages, income and any other sum due and owing to them by Priveco, as at the end of the most recent completed pay period. Priveco is not aware of any labor conflict with any employees that might reasonably be expected to have a Priveco Material Adverse Effect. To the best knowledge of Priveco, no employee of Priveco is in violation of any term of any employment contract, non-disclosure agreement, non-competition agreement or any other contract or agreement relating to the relationship of such employee with Priveco or any other nature of the business conducted or to be conducted by Priveco.

All employees and consultants of Priveco and its subsidiaries have been paid all salaries, wages, income and any other sum due and owing to them by PrivecoPriveco or its subsidiaries, as at the end of the most recent completed pay period. Neither Priveco nor any of its subsidiaries is not aware of any labor conflict with any employees that might reasonably be expected to have a Priveco Material Adverse Effect. To the best knowledge of Priveco, no employee of Priveco or any of its subsidiaries is in violation of any term of any employment contract, non-disclosure agreement, non-competition agreement or any other contract or agreement relating to the relationship of such employee with Priveco or its subsidiaries or any other nature of the business conducted or to be conducted by PrivecoPriveco its subsidiaries.
