Common use of Employee Training and Discipline Clause in Contracts

Employee Training and Discipline. To train and use reasonable measures to ensure compliance with the requirements of this Article by employees who assist in the performance of functions or activities on behalf of DHCS/CDA under this Agreement and use or disclose PHI; and discipline such employees who intentionally violate any provisions of this Article, including termination of employment.
