Employee-Requested Schedule Changes. 8.6.1 An employee’s workweek and work schedule may be changed at their request and with the Employer’s approval, provided the Employer’s business and customer service needs are met and no Overtime expense is incurred. 8.6.2 An employee, including those on standby status, will be compensated for all time worked for receiving or responding to work related calls, unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement.
