Common use of Employee Representative Clause in Contracts

Employee Representative. Section 1. Recognition: In accordance with the PELRA, as amended, the School Board recognizes Education Minnesota - Osseo as the exclusive representative of Kidstop Instructors employed by the School Board. The exclusive representative will have those rights and duties as prescribed by the PELRA and as described in this Agreement.
