Employee Notices. The Customer shall furnish each Employee covered by the Plan written notice that the Customer has complete financial liability for the payment of Plan benefits. The Customer shall inform its Plan Participants, in a manner that satisfies applicable law, that confidential information relating to their benefit claims may be disclosed to third parties in connection with plan administration.
