Common use of EMPLOYEE LIABILITY COVERAGE Clause in Contracts

EMPLOYEE LIABILITY COVERAGE. A. The District agrees to provide liability insurance covering bodily injury and/or property damage resulting from the employee's acts or omissions while performing or in good faith purporting to perform their official duties.
