Common use of Employee further agrees Clause in Contracts

Employee further agrees. (1) That it shall promptly disclose in writing to the Company all ideas, inventions, improvements and discoveries which may be conceived, made or acquired by Employee or its employees as the direct or indirect result of the disclosure by the Company of the Confidential Information to Employee;
