Employee Fitness and Ergonomics. The Employer and the Union agree to work towards creating a better working environment for all members of the bargaining unit. The parties therefore agree that the Joint Committee shall make recommendations with reference to the working environment and shall investigate the feasibility of establishing a fitness program for employees of the College. The Joint Committee may also identify possible areas for the purpose of establishing pilot projects for ergonomically designed workplaces.
