Common use of Employee Discounts Clause in Contracts

Employee Discounts. The Company will provide employees with discounted telecommunications services and, if available, High Speed Internet of other services, in accord with its existing policies on providing employees with discounts on Company services, as those policies may be amended from time to time by the Company at its discretion. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company will continue to provide employees with a discount of not less than 50% (before taxes) of what customers pay for covered telecommunication packages. In addition, any employee on the payroll as of April 30, 2007 who is on the grandfathered 75% concession telephone benefit will continue to receive the grandfathered benefit; however, if such an employee chooses to elect the current discount program, the employee may not later elect to return to the grandfather benefit.
