Common use of Employee Claims Clause in Contracts

Employee Claims. TRANSYSTEMS shall indemnify CLIENT against any loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of claims by TRANSYSTEMS’ employees (unless such claim arises out of or as a result of the negligence of CLIENT, its employees, agents or contractors). CLIENT shall indemnify TRANSYSTEMS against any loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of claims by CLIENT’S employees (unless such claim arises out of or as a result of the negligence of TRANSYSTEMS, it’s employees, agents or subcontractors).

Employee Claims. TRANSYSTEMS shall indemnify CLIENT OWNER against any loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of claims by TRANSYSTEMS’ employees (unless such claim arises out of or as a result of the negligence of CLIENTOWNER, its employees, agents or contractors). CLIENT OWNER shall indemnify TRANSYSTEMS against any loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of claims by CLIENTOWNER’S employees (unless such claim arises out of or as a result of the negligence of TRANSYSTEMS, it’s its employees, agents or subcontractors).
