Employee Benefits Programs. Employee shall be entitled to continue participation in all employee benefit, bonus, pension, and profit sharing plans and similar programs in which he is now participating, including programs of insurance, civic and social clubs, professional organizations and to participate throughout the Employment Term in these, and in all programs subsequently adopted by Employer for senior management personnel.
