Employee Benefits Programs. 39.01 Group Life Insurance - The group life insurance coverage shall be as determined by the plan accepted by the Standing Committee on Insured Benefits. Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance will be provided on a voluntary basis, at the employee's cost.
