Emergency Services. (a) Notwithstanding an Employee’s right to strike, the Union agrees that during a legal strike, a sufficient number of bargaining unit Employees will be provided to assist the Employer where there are insufficient numbers of excluded persons to provide emergency treatment or care of any patient, if, in the opinion of the majority of the Emergency Services Evaluation Committee, a patient’s life would be endangered.
