Bagatellschäden und Kleinreparaturen Die Kosten für die Reparaturen von Bagatellschäden bis zu EUR 50.- im Einzelfall, maximal aber EUR 200.- pro Kalenderjahr trägt der Mieter. Dazu zählen die Arbeiten an denjenigen Gegenständen und Einrichtungen, die seinem direkten und häufigen Gebrauch unterliegen. Inspektionen der Mietsache durch den Vermieter oder durch dessen Beauftragte Der Vermieter hat jede Besichtigung / Inspektion etc. der Mietsache mit mindestens 48 Stunden Vorlaufzeit dem Mieter anzukündigen (liegt dazwischen ein Wochenende oder ein Feiertag, so verlängert sich diese Frist auf 72 Stunden). Grund und Dauer der Besichtigung / Inspektion, sowie die Namen der zutretenden Personen, ist vorab schriftlich mitzuteilen. Der Mieter hat die erforderlichen Absprachen zwecks Zugang zur Mietsache mit dem Vermieter zu treffen.
