Integrations. Upgrade existing integrations and shared services as directed by City staff. Integrations shall continue to provide data to existing interfacing systems in the same format and frequency; therefore, eliminating or minimizing impacts to the recipient systems. If assigned by City, CONSULTANT will revise, enhance and modify the integration interface with those systems whenever identified and required. This integration effort will consider the ongoing activities within the other projects such as the SAP-ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), SAP-CIS (Customer Information System), Utility OMS (Outage Management System), Accela permitting system, etc.
Integrations. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties. There are merged herein all prior oral or written agreements, amendments, representations, promises and conditions in connection with the subject matter hereof. Any representations, warranties, promises or conditions not expressly incorporated herein shall not be binding on Household or Merchant.
Integrations. The parties acknowledge that the integrations chosen by Partner do not create any joint controllership between the parties, even in relation to the collection of Personal Data through such integrations, due to the technical features thereof. As a result, Xxxxxxx.xxx acts as sole Controller for the collection and further Processing of such Personal Data carried out through or thanks to such integration. Partner undertakes not to (seek to) intercept any Personal Data Processed in such a way.
Integrations. If Customer engages IronNet to integrate an IronNet Offering into its environment, Customer shall provide to IronNet all interoperability information and authorizations necessary for IronNet to so integrate the IronNet Offering. An IronNet Offering shall not be directly accessible separately by Customer or its Users. Customer is solely responsible for any and all access and use of an IronNet Offering by its Users.
Integrations. Any scoped integrations included in this document will be described below. Any additional integration scoped at a later date will be provided in a separate SoW at that time.
Integrations. Different ways to integrate with the C3 Hub inbound and/or outbound are possible. The Integration options will be included in the C3 Hub if, and only if, agreed to by the parties in the C3 Hub Order Form. Integrations. HireVue and/or Buyer may partner with certain third party applicant tracking and other service providers (each, an “Integration Partner”) to provide for integration of certain features of the Subscription Services (each, an “Integration”). If Buyer accesses HireVue’s Services through the use of an Integration HireVue hereby authorizes Buyer to access and use the Subscription Services that Buyer has purchased hereunder through such Integrations. Buyer understands that Integration Partners may apply separate terms and charge separately for use of such Integrations, and that Buyer shall be solely responsible for compliance with any such terms and payment of any such fees charged by Integration Partners for Buyer’s implementation and use of such Integrations. HIREVUE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO BUYER IF SUCH INTEGRATION IS UNAVAILABLE DUE TO ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF THE INTEGRATION PARTNER OR OUTAGES OF THE INTEGRATION PARTNER SOLUTION. SHOULD HIREVUE’S RIGHT TO INTEGRATE WITH SUCH INTEGRATION PARTNER SOLUTION TERMINATE, BUYER’S RIGHT TO USE THE INTEGRATION TO ACCESS THE HIREVUE SERVICES HEREUNDER SHALL ALSO TERMINATE AND BUYER MAY ACCESS THE HIREVUE SERVICES DIRECTLY THROUGH THE HIREVUE PLATFORM.
Integrations. (a) The Client acknowledges and agrees that issues can arise when data is uploaded to software, when data is transferred between different software programs, and when different software programs are integrated together. Crewmojo cannot guarantee that integration processes between the Software and other software programs or IT systems will be free from errors, defects or delay.
Integrations. With your consent and direction, Company may also provide you with the ability to share your Data with other technology providers through links established through Company and such third parties (“Integrations”). Company is continually working to provide users with options to transfer and share data among different companies and data platforms. When your Ag Data is transferred or shared with a third party, your use is subject to that third party’s policies and contract terms. Likewise, Company may allow you to upload Ag Data directly from outside Integrations. Any uploads from third parties are subject to Company’s policies and contract terms.
Integrations. Customer shall not allow integrations by third-parties into any of the Products and Services referenced in this Transact Campus Schedule or sold to Customer as part of an order form, SOW, or quote, except as expressly permitted in the Agreement or in writing by us.
