Emergency Energy Purchases. The pricing for Emergency energy purchases will be determined by the Office of the Interconnection and: (a) an adjacent Control Area, in accordance with an agreement between the Office of the Interconnection and such adjacent Control Area, or (b) a Member, in accordance with arrangements made by the Office of Interconnection to purchase energy offered by such Member from resources that are not Capacity Resources.
