Common use of Emergency Department Coverage Clause in Contracts

Emergency Department Coverage. 1. The Employer will employ a core staff in the Emergency Department in order to ensure coverage for all required shifts. The employee may request and the Employer will make every reasonable effort to schedule up to three (3) national Holidays off per year, including at least two (2) Summer and one (1) Winter National Holiday.
