FALSE ARREST INSURANCE. The Employer will provide for the employees’ false arrest insurance with the Michigan Municipal Risk.
FALSE ARREST INSURANCE. The employer will continue to provide the “False Arrest Insurance” in effect to date providing said false Arrest Insurance specifically states “Police Officer” in the policy.
FALSE ARREST INSURANCE. Employees covered by this Agreement shall be provided by the Employer a policy of False Arrest Liability Insurance. The premiums for such insurance will be paid by the County.
FALSE ARREST INSURANCE. The City will continue to provide false arrest insurance at least at its present level and will bear the expense of the deductible expense associated with the false arrest insurance for all members.
FALSE ARREST INSURANCE. 14.1 The City shall provide false arrest insurance either through self-insurance or an insurance policy which conforms to the policy attached hereto as Appendix D and incorporated into the Agreement by this reference. It is the intent of the parties to provide no less benefits for false arrest insurance than currently enjoyed by members of the bargaining unit. Administration of the plan will be in accordance with prior practice or as mutually agreed upon in writing.
FALSE ARREST INSURANCE. The Township agrees to provide false arrest and liability insurance to cover each and every full-time permanent and probationary employee. The coverage shall be in the sum of, and not less than, $1,000,000.00 per occurrence for each employee.
FALSE ARREST INSURANCE. The Employer shall, during the term of this Agreement, continue in effect its present program of false arrest insurance on the same terms and conditions that existed prior to the execution of this Agreement.
FALSE ARREST INSURANCE. The Employer shall provide false arrest insurance for the benefit of the employee in such amount of coverage and under such terms and conditions as the Employer shall deem appropriate, provided, however, that the amount of coverage shall not be reduced to an amount less than that existing as of the date of the execution of this Agreement.
FALSE ARREST INSURANCE. The Employer agrees to provide at no cost to the Employee, a false arrest insurance policy, which will indemnify the Employee for any loss the Employee might sustain as a result of a false arrest litigation brought against the Employee in the performance of duties.
FALSE ARREST INSURANCE. The Township shall provide, for all employees covered herein, insurance against false arrest.
