Common use of Email Access Clause in Contracts

Email Access. Members shall be given an email address to which non-urgent communications can be addressed. Neither email nor the internet should be used to access medical care in the event of an emergency, or a situation which could reasonably be expected to develop into an emergency. In such situations the Patient agrees to call 911 or the nearest emergency medical assistance provider and follow the directions of emergency medical personnel.
