Eligible Transfer. In compliance with the eligibility requirements under the FCT Program, the proposed Transfer shall be made primarily for the Transferor’s estate and/or tax planning purposes or charitable giving purposes, and the Transferor shall demonstrate such purpose to the satisfaction to Accenture SCA (in the exercise of its discretion) by providing such documentation and information as requested by Accenture SCA.
Eligible Transfer. A Transfer of the Property to an Eligible Purchaser, which complies with the procedures in paragraph C of this Section, for an amount that does not exceed the Restricted Sales Price determined in accordance with Section 9, shall qualify as an “Eligible Transfer”.

Eligible Transfer. A transfer that meets the requirements set forth in this Section shall qualify as an approved Transfer to an Eligible Purchaser ("Eligible Transfer").
Eligible Transfer. A Transfer of the Residence that meets the requirements set forth in this Section 11 shall qualify as an approved Transfer to an Eligible Purchaser (as defined below) (“Eligible Transfer”).
