Common use of Eligible Short-Term Assets Clause in Contracts

Eligible Short-Term Assets. Pursuant to Section 2.3 of the Agreement, the Manager may invest cash held in the PMCCF Cash Reinvestment Sub-Account in Eligible Short-Term Assets (as defined in Exhibit A-1 of this Agreement). The Manager will incorporate placements in sweep accounts by the Custodian into the Manager’s cash reinvestment strategy. Consistent with the goal of meeting cash outflow requirements, the Manager will avoid selling securities to cover required payments by the Company under the Credit Agreement and seek to align investment maturities with cash outflow requirements.
