Common use of Eligible Bargaining Clause in Contracts

Eligible Bargaining. Unit Members shall receive insurance as of the 1st day of the 1st full month following their employment. Those employees taking cash-in-lieu shall not be eligible for Employer paid health insurance contributions, but must participate in all other insurance products chosen by the Association. A Bargaining Unit Member shall be eligible for Employer paid insurance contributions if the Bargaining Unit Member is regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week.
