Common use of Eligibility for Holidays Clause in Contracts

Eligibility for Holidays. Notwithstanding T.1, an Employee who was receiving paid holidays during the period of the Collective Agreement expiring August 31st, 2000, shall continue to do so for as long as that Employee remains in the position he/she held as at August 31, 2000.
