Elementary. In an elementary school the duration of a teacher's instructional day shall not exceed six (6) consecutive hours and shall be inclusive of: a. five (5) hours of instructional time which shall include fifteen (15) minutes of recess and preparation time as outlined in Article D.4.3; b. a regular lunch intermission.
