ELECTRONIC VERSIONS OF THE REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. If the RFQ is being made available by electronic means, and the Bidder electronically accepts the RFQ, the Bidder acknowledges and accepts full responsibility to insure that no changes are made to the RFQ. In the event of a conflict between a version of the RFQ in the Bidder’s possession and the Commission’s version of the RFQ, the Commission’s version shall govern.

  • Request for Quotes 9.1 Customers needing information technology staff augmentation services will create a Request for Quote eQuote event in MFMP Sourcing, each time they desire to solicit information technology staff augmentation services.   • Rate Quotations The Borrower may call the Administrative Agent on or before the date on which a Loan Request is to be delivered to receive an indication of the rates then in effect, but it is acknowledged that such projection shall not be binding on the Administrative Agent or the Lenders nor affect the rate of interest which thereafter is actually in effect when the election is made.

  • When Must Electronic Communications Be Retained? Email that qualifies under FOIA as a public record will need to be stored pursuant to the Local Records Act, only if it is evidence of the District's organization, function, policies, procedures, or activities or contains informational data appropriate for preservation (Local Records Act, 50 ILCS 205/). An example is any email from a Board officer concerning a decision made in his or her capacity as an officer. If a Board member uses his or her personal email, he or she must copy this type of email to the appropriate District office where it will be stored. If made available, Board members should use their email accounts provided by the District and the District will automatically store the official record messages. The District will delete these official record messages as provided in an applicable, approved retention schedule. Of course, email pertaining to public business that is sent or received by a Board Member using a District-issued device or email address will be subject to FOIA, even if the email does not need to be retained under the Local Records Act.

  • Electronic Notice An electronic communication (“Electronic Notice”) shall be deemed written notice for purposes of this Section 16 if sent to the electronic mail address specified by the receiving party under separate cover. Electronic Notice shall be deemed received at the time the party sending Electronic Notice receives verification of receipt by the receiving party. Any party receiving Electronic Notice may request and shall be entitled to receive the notice on paper, in a nonelectronic form (“Nonelectronic Notice”) which shall be sent to the requesting party within ten (10) days of receipt of the written request for Nonelectronic Notice.

  • Posting of Approved Electronic Communications (i) Each of the Lenders and each Loan Party agrees that the Administrative Agent may, but shall not be obligated to, make the Approved Electronic Communications available to the Lenders by posting such Approved Electronic Communications on DebtDomain or a substantially similar electronic platform chosen by the Administrative Agent to be its electronic transmission system (the “Approved Electronic Platform”).

  • Consent to Electronic Communications Trend Micro may send You required legal notices and other communications about the Software and Services, including Updates, upgrades, special offers and pricing or other similar information, customer surveys or other requests for feedback (“Communications”).   • Electronic Communications; Voice Mail Electronic mail and internet websites may be used only for routine communications, such as financial statements, Borrowing Base Certificates and other information required by Section 10.1.2, administrative matters, distribution of Loan Documents for execution, and matters permitted under Section 4.1.4. Agent and Lenders make no assurances as to the privacy and security of electronic communications. Electronic and voice mail may not be used as effective notice under the Loan Documents.

  • Electronic invoicing The WAWF system provides the method to electronically process vendor payment requests and receiving reports, as authorized by Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 252.232- 7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports.
