Bid Requirements. Except as expressly provided to the contrary by this Agreement, all bids must satisfy the following requirements (collectively, the “Bid Requirements”):

Bid Requirements. Contractor is required to review the Home Performance reporting software results to ensure that the recommended package meets the minimum savings threshold for projected annual energy savings. Modeled total energy savings for each Program Project must be at least 15 percent to be eligible to participate in the CEWO Program. Each written bid must contain an itemized list of recommended energy efficiency measures and non-‐energy savings measures with corresponding costs associated with each measure.
Bid Requirements. The bidder shall provide, with his bid, literature on materials to be used, including manufacturer's warranty information. Once the successful bidder is selected by the City, the contractor may begin the project at his convenience; however, the contractor shall complete the work not later than November 14, 2014.
