Electronic Resources. Unless there is prior reason to believe that a Bargaining Unit Member is using a computer improperly, there will not be routine or random inspection of computers. Where required by law enforcement, court order, subpoena, etc., computers will be inspected as required. If the Administration is inspecting a computer for a potential disciplinary purpose, the Bargaining Unit Member will be given notice and an opportunity for a PEA representative to be present.
