Common use of Electronic Payment Clause in Contracts

Electronic Payment. by electronic transfer of funds: (1) the payment must be credited to Transpower's designated bank account (as provided by Transpower under rule 3.1.3.2(b) or 3.1.6.2, section II, part F of the Electricity Governance Rules) by midnight on the Due Date; and (2) the Customer is to notify Transpower of any payment by electronic transfer of funds prior to 10.00 am on the day of transfer; or
