Common use of Electronic Grievance Form Clause in Contracts

Electronic Grievance Form. (a) The parties agree to use the electronic version of the (O.N.A. Grievance Form at Appendix 1. (b) The parties agree that hard copies of the electronic form are valid for purposes of Article 8. (c) The parties agree to not use or rely upon any preliminary arguments related to the use of the electronic version should a grievance proceed to mediation or arbitration.
